Welcome to the official web site of Paddy Barry's - "the best little pub in the world".
Paddy's opened in June 1998. It has established itself as one the best small live music venues in the South Shore / Greater Boston area. Jim Furbush from The Patriot Ledger had this to say about us: "The amber lighting, maroon walls, wood decor, sepia-toned photographs and other bric-a-brac all create an inviting space. It’s as if your best friend or relative decided to build a bar in their basement". Nothing fancy here! Just a charm and ambience unequalled in the modern era of "plastic pubs".
Paddy's offers a wide variety of music (check out our Calendar). There is something for everybody - from Blues to Acoustic open mic, Rock & Roll and the very BEST live Irish music anywhere.
Paddy's does NOT have a kitchen (Thank God Almighty!), but excellent food from the famous Napoli Cafe (located right next door) is available from the bar until 10pm - what more could you ask for!
Beers on tap: Smithwicks, Stella, Blue Moon, Sam Adams and the very best creamy, smooth Guinness around. Of course, we offer a wide selection of domestic and imported bottled beer.
Paddy's show all your favorite sports on our plasma TV's including Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, English Premiership Soccer and Heineken Cup Rugby. We carry the Setanta Pub Channel.
Stop by for a pint and a chat.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Excess.
We are open: Monday-Thursday: 1pm-close Friday, Saturday, Sunday: noon-close
